Very cool! Any plans to bring it to the Mac App Store anytime?
Unfortunately, the last Mac OS X app contains PowerPC code and will only work on Intel Macs running up to Snow Leopard 10.6.x. The Mac App Store requires everything to be completely Intel-only and sandboxed to be able to run on Lion 10.7 onward. Right now the best option is to run the Windows version through Parallels or Bootcamp until the Mac version can be updated.
Now bring the first Journeyman game to GOG too! I'd buy it.
